Ability Health and Rehabilitation, LLC’s mission is to provide the highest quality mental health/substance abuse services as well as, to provide a comprehensive and integrated in home health care system that is easily accessible, community centered and culturally qualified to the community, as possible. Ability Health and Rehabilitation strives to assist individuals in learning to improve their quality of life through healthy management of symptoms, development of healthy social and communication skills, advancement of basic living skill knowledge and understanding of their self-worth. Ability Health and Rehabilitation strives to be the provider of choice that will assist community member to realize the quality of life that recognizes their independence supported by caring service, respect and trust. Competitive Salary

Salaries at Ability Health and Rehabilitation are competitive with regional standards and in many cases our starting wages are higher than many companies around us. Salary starting level is dependent upon educational level, position and experience. A performance/probationary review is conducted at 90 days with the potential for an increase in salary at that time. After the initial 90-day performance/probationary review, additional reviews are standardly held annually. Ability Health and Rehabilitation bases wage increases off individual employee performance not cost of living adjustments.

Gym Membership

Ability Health and Rehabilitation has contracted with Crunch Fitness to provide a corporate gym membership to our employees. Employees can choose to add family members to the membership for $10.00 per month which is withheld from the employee’s salary.

Company Parties

Ability Health and Rehabilitation is a family owned community-based company with family-community based values, as such we hold 1-2 company events per year where we encourage our employees and their families to come together to enjoy good food and company.

Holiday Distribution

Each year Ability Health and Rehabilitation partners with Toys for Tots as an application and toy distribution center for members of the community. It is a small way in which we can help the community at large access extra assistance during a stressful holiday season, hopefully aiding to reduce the burden on individuals and families.

Vision & Dental

Ability Health and Rehabilitation has partnered with Colonial Life to offer our employees vision and dental insurance benefits. The company pays $10.00 per month towards all policies purchased through Colonial Life.

Continuing Education

Ability Health and Rehabilitation recognizes the value and importance of continuing educational opportunities, as such we offer $75.00 annually (base) towards continuing education through accredited course opportunities. Additional funding for certifications is possible and reviewed on a case by case basis.

Volunteering

Ability Health and Rehabilitation believes deeply in contributing to the community through programs and services that help others. Due to our deeply held beliefs we offer a free Military Veterans Counseling program, have partnered with Ability Community Resources (a nonprofit aimed at reducing individual/family stress through access to needed items such as clothing, personal care items, school supplies, small household items, etc.) and when able we participate in community events such as Paint the Town, Rake up Boise, Toys for Tots, Community food drives and more. We encourage our staff to be an active member of their community and to take time to give back when possible.

Random Incentives

We believe deeply in rewarding our staff for their hard work, especially when they go above and beyond in some way. Each quarter a staff member from each division within the company is awarded Employee of the Quarter for their specific division. Additionally, employees are often recognized during staff meetings for their hard work with verbal recognition and a moderate token of appreciation.
